1. Order Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.

— Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

— During high-demand periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer as we perform quality checks on every item.

— You will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately after purchase.

2. Shipping Times & Locations

To ensure the best availability of our designs, we manage inventory across a network of global fulfilment centres. Your order will be shipped from the warehouse where the item is currently in stock.

— Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 10 business days.

— Average Delivery Time: Most customers receive their orders within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Factors such as local courier delays may occasionally impact these timelines.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partners, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

— If you do not see this email within 3 business days, please check your Spam folder.

— For orders placed using a phone number, please contact our support team to link an email address for tracking updates.

4. Delivery Address & Amends

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

— Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed for shipping.

— If an order is dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the order is strictly non-refundable, as we are unable to retrieve the package once it is in transit or delivered to the wrong location.

— In the event that an undeliverable package is successfully returned to our warehouse by the courier, we will issue a refund equal to 30% of the item's purchase price. The remaining balance covers non-recoverable fulfillment, shipping, and administrative costs.

5. Shipping Protection

For your peace of mind, we offer Shipping Protection at checkout for just £1.95. If you select this option and your package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, we guarantee a 100% refund of the item's value or a free replacement — no questions asked.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@seoden-london.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

— If you purchased Shipping Protection, your claim will be fast-tracked for a full refund or immediate replacement.

— If you opted out of Shipping Protection, we will still work directly with the courier to help resolve the issue to the best of our ability, though resolution times and outcomes may vary.
