The relaxed cut works tucked in or loose. For a chest of 92 to 97 cm, choose S; for 98 to 103 cm, M; the full chart up to 3XL is in the size guide.
Ribbed cuffs and hem keep the shape neat.
If you are between sizes, take the larger one. The shoulders are cut to sit comfortably, and every measurement is in the size guide below.

Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Skip the fabric softener — it coats the fibres and takes the stretch out over time.
Hang to dry. A cool iron if needed, never on a print or a seam band.
